ATTENDANCE: Good attendance is important to a dancer’s progression- each class builds on skills developed in the previous week’s class, but we understand that absences occur. We can sometimes allow a student to make-up a missed class by taking another class at the same skill level if one is available and class size permits. Please notify us (phone or email) if your student cannot attend class and we will work with you to determine whether there is a class that your child may attend to make-up for the missed class.

WITHDRAWALS: When you register for dance class, you are reserving your placement in the class and we hope you make the commitment to participate in our year-end recital (June 2nd, 2019).  If for ANY reason you will be withdrawing from class before the year-end recital, it is a REQUIREMENT* to inform us in the office or via email.  No refunds will be given for mid-month withdrawals.  If a withdrawal is made after recital costumes and fees have been charged, there WILL BE NO REFUND

*If you do not make a formal request to withdrawal your student from classes, you are still responsible for tuition until your request is made in the studio or by email (info@artisandancestudio.com).  Thank you for your cooperation.
